    Payment Options

    ScrapBoutique accepts Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer as payment for goods purchased. You will be given an option to select the method of payment at Checkout. For Cash payments (Store Pick-Up ONLY), please select Bank Deposit.

    Credit Card Payments (Paypal)

    I accept credit card payments from Visa and MasterCard which are processed through the Paypal service. This is an encrypted server done by a third party, which allows complete privacy of your transactions.

    Direct Deposit

    I accept direct deposit payments into the ScrapBoutique Westpac Bank Account. Banking Details will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. Please be aware that Internet Bank Transfers can take one to two working days to appear in my account. Your order will be packed and ready to go as soon as your payment shows in my account.
    *When paying by direct deposit, please be aware that goods are not shipped until the funds have been fully received. If we have not received the payment within 3 working days of placing the order we will send you a friendly reminder via email. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, your order will be cancelled..

    Shipping Cost

    We have a flat fee of $8.95 applying to all orders within Australia up to 5kg in weight. Orders which are over 5kg, or do not fit into standard courier/postage satchels will be charged a minimum of $15 shipping, with orders over 10kg being $25. Most orders are sent using Fastway Couriers, providing a faster and more economical service, including tracking and insurance. Some orders (PO Boxes) are sent using Australia Post.
    Please Note - Fastway Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

    Store Pick Up - For Local Customers, Store Pick Up is Available at set times (times change weekly). You will be notified by email when your order is ready, and what times are available that week. As this a private residence, We ask that our set Pick Up Times please be respected.

    International Shipping IS NOT Available. 

    Delivery Details

    Once your payment is received, my aim is for a 48 hour turnaround of receiving, packaging and shipping your order. Please allow extra time during Sale times or extremely busy periods.

    Delivery times may vary according to the efficiency of courier services. Extreme care is taken when packaging your order, however we cannot be held responsible for orders once they are with the shipping company.
    Tracking numbers are NOT automatically sent with your Shipping notification email.

    All items available on the ScrapBoutique website should be in stock and ready for immediate shipment, unless otherwise stated. Items are not backordered. However, in the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable at the time of processing, a Refund or Store Credit will be issued.

    Refunds and Returns

    If you are not completely happy with your order notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the situation. I am happy to issue a refund or exchange any product that is faulty.
    Faulty Items can only be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers who wait more than 30 days to notify us of faulty items, should contact the manufacturer directly. Please contact us immediately if this is so. Where possible, please keep product in original packaging.
    You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns and replacements. 
    Damaged parcels should be reported to Australia Post/Fastway Couriers who will provide a claim form upon request.
    Refunds will NOT be given for a 'Change of Mind'.

    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
